The last race before Fontana becomes home to a short track saw the 19th consecutive season with a win for Kyle Busch, and Rowdy’s first with RCR. The same two mile track where Kyle collected his first cup series trophy is now the site of his 61st.
Most wins of any active driver and 9th of all time. Along with Kurt’s 34, they are now the winningest Brothers in NASCAR Cup history.
Fantastic wheel work from Kyle and a great performance from the 8 crew for coming back from a pit road speed penalty.
RCR had a great weekend with Austin Dillon and the 3 team finishing in the top 10.
Alex Bowman delivering another Top 10, and Chase Elliott grabbed 2nd after fending off Trackhouse’s Ross Chastain and Daniel Suarez.
Fantastic race and send off for Fontana from for Kyle Busch, RCR and the rest of Team Chevy.
