With 5 laps remaining this past weekend, it was looking like Chase Elliott #24 (Hendrick Motorsports) was going to get his 1st Sprint Cup victory and grab the 1st spot in the Round of 12 of the Chase, when out came a yellow flag with 4 laps. After some pit stops and and the restart, it was Martin Truex Jr who ended up taking the checkered flag with Elliott finishing 3rd.
