There was some great racing and some great driving this past weekend in Norwalk with Steve Torrence (Capco), Jack Beckman (DSR) and Bo Butner taking home the Wally’s!
TOP FUEL
Steve Torrence and his Capco Team stayed RED-HOT winning their 4th Wally of the Season, as they got by #1 qualifier Doug Kalitta (Kallita Motorsports) in the Final Round! Torrence defeated Brittany Force (JFR) and Kalitta defeated Leah Pritchett (DSR) in the Semi’s.
FUNNY CAR
Fast Jack Beckman (DSR) got back to the winner’s circle by getting by Robert Hight (JFR) in the Final. Beckman took out DSR teammate Tommy Johnson Jr in the Semai and Hight took out Bob Tasca III in the other Semi.
PRO STOCK
Bo Butner took out teammate Greg Anderson (KB Racing / Summit) with a PERFECT LIGHT and held on for the Hole Shot victory! Butner defeated John Gaydosh and Anderson beat teammate Jason Line in the Semi’s.
