Defending Champions – Tony Schumacher and Matt Hagan (both low qualifiers) took home the Phoenix Wally’s! It was Tony’s 1st of the year and Matt Hagan took home his 2nd of the young season and has yet to lose a round! Great weekend of racing for the teams and the fans! Bryant Racing cranks were in all of the 8 Top Fuel and Funny Car semifinalists.
TOP FUEL
Tony Schumacher #1 qualifier defeated Doug Kalitta in the Final after getting by teammate Antron Brown in the Semi. Kalitta got by Shawn Langdon in his Knuckle Sandwich hot rod in the other Semi.
FUNNY CAR
Matt Hagan #1 qualifier ran 3.975 ET @ 324.83 MPH to get by Del Worsham in the Final after getting by Alexis DeJoria (Del’s Kalitta teammate) in the Semi. Worsham got by friend Robert Hight (Force Racing) in the other Semi.
PRO STOCK
Rodger Brogdon defeated #1 qualifier Erica Enders-Stevens in the Final and got by the young gun Drew Skillman in the Semi. Enders-Stevens defeated Chris McGaha in the other Semi.
