Torrence has been on fire this year and Bryant Racing is proud to supply the Capco team with crankshafts! With the victory this weekend over Doug Kalitta, Torrence is back atop the points for the Championship with a 42 point lead.

Steve Torrence (Capco) defeated Doug Kalitta (Kalitta Motorsports) in the Final after getting past defending Champion Antron Brown (DSR) in the Semi. Kalitta got by Dom Lagana (associated with Capco) in their Semi match-up.
FUNNY CAR
Ron Capps (DSR) earned his 8th Wally of the year when he got by rookie Jonnie Lindberg (Head Racing) in the Final. Capps got by #2 qualifier John Force (JFR) and Lindberg got by #1 qualifier Robert Hight (JFR) in the Semi’s.
PRO STOCK
#1 qualifier Greg Anderson (KB / Summit) defeated teammate Jason Line (KB / Summit) in the Final. Anderson got by Brian Self and Line got by Bo Butner (Butner Auto) in the Semi’s.
