The first stop of the Western Swing provide some exciting racing and congratulations to Steve Torrence (Torrence Racing), Jack Beckman (DSR) and Larry Morgan on their victories this weekend. Question of the day….can any of these three Sweep the Swing?
TOP FUEL
Steve Torrence defeated Tony Schumacher (DSR) in the Final Round for his 1st Wally of the season. Torrence defeated #1 qualifier Larry dixon in the Semi and Schumacher got by Brittany Force (JFR) in the other Semi.
FUNNY CAR
Jack Beckman (DSR) defeated #1 qualifier John Force in the Final Round to collect the Mile High Wally. Beckman defeated Alexis Dejoria (Kalitta Motorsports) in their Semi and Force defeated Tony Pedregon in other Semi.
PRO STOCK
Larry Morgan is enjoying a comeback season as he defeated the #1 qualifier and Mile High power house Allen Johnson in the Final Round. Morgan defeated Erica Enders-Stevens and Johnson defeated Shane Gray in the Semi Final Rounds.
