Leah Pruett and TSR Nitro start off the Western Swing with a Wally at the Mile High Nationals this past Sunday.
The patience has payed off at the TSR camp as both teams now have a a win in their Inaugural season. Matt Hagan and the Funny Car team have been going blow for blow with Robert Height all season, and with yesterdays win Leah and the dodge power brokers dragster have broken the Top 10 for points standings. The floodgates are now open and I am sure we’ll see Leah on the podium again. TSR came to make a statement in their opening season, with both Nitro teams in the Top 10 for season points that is exactly what they have done.
With a blistering 4.065 at 311.92 miles per hour, Robert Hight collects his 5th win of the season and continues the back and forth battle for points leader with Matt Hagan. Hight and the AAA team are on their game in what is starting to look like one of the best points races we’ve seen in a while.
