Points Leader – Antron Brown made it 2 Wally’s in a row when he defeated Khalid alBalooshi in the Final. Brown defeated Langdon and alBalooshi defeated Torrence in the Semi-Finals.
FUNNY CAR
Points Leader – Robert Hight also made it 2 in row when he defeated Jack Beckman in the Final round. Safe to say that Mike Neff has the AutoClub Mustang running hot right now and Robert Hight is driving the wheels off that Hot Rod! The Auto Club Mustang has won 3 of the last 5 events and was runner-up on the on the 2! Hight beat Del Worsham (Kalitta Motorsports) in their Semi-Final match-up and Beckman defeated his Schumacher teammate Ron Capps in the other Semi-Final match-up.
PRO STOCK
Points Leader – Erica Enders-Stevens became the 99th female driver to win an event when she defeated Allen Johnson in the Pro Stock Final round. Enders-Stevens beat Coughlin and Johnson beat Noibile in the Semi-Finals to set up the Final Round.
