TOP FUEL
Tony Schumacher and the Army crew got their 2nd victory of the season defeating Doug Kalitta in Final round. Schumacher beat Clay Millican in their Semi and Kalitta got by Richie Crampton in the other Semi.
FUNNY CAR
Ron Capps raced to his 1st victory of the season when he defeated Alexi DeJoria in the Final round. Capps and DeJoria defeated Courtney and John Force (respectfully) in the Semi-Final races.
PRO STOCK
Dave Connolly also got his 1st victory of the season when he defeated the Jonathan Gray in the Pro Stock Final. This was Jonathan Gray’s 2nd straight Final Round, will he get his 1st victory in Chicago? Connolly defeated KB Racing’s Greg Anderson and Gray defeated Allen Johnson in the Semi-Final pairings.
