We had a great weekend of racing in St. Louis with Antron Brown getting on track in Top Fuel, Courtney Force winning her 2nd race in row (1st female driver to win consecutive events in Funny Car) and Dave Connolly surged to 2nd in Countdown with consecutive victories of his own!
TOP FUEL
Antron Brown (DSR) defeated Shawn Langdon (Al-Anabi) in the final round to claim the Wally! Brown defeated Steve Torrence in their Semi and Langdon defeated Vandergriff in the other Semi.
FUNNY CAR
Courtney Force defeated Matt Hagan (DSR) in the final to claim her 2nd Wally in as many weeks and moved into 2nd in the Countdown standings! Courtney beat Dad, #1 qualifier and Countdown leader John Force in their Semi and Hagan got by Chad Head (Head Racing) in the other Semi.
PRO STOCK
Dave Connolly is on a role, as he took home his 2nd straight Wally with his victory over Jason Line. Connolly has also moved into 2nd in the points behind Line with his back to back Wally’s! Connolly got by #1 qualifier Erica Enders-Stevens in their Semi and Line defeated Jeg Couhlin in the other Semi.
