The final race in the Round of 12, saw the Championship aspirations of one of the favorites go up in smoke. Kyle Larson #42 of Ganassi Racing was expected to one of the final 4 to battle it out at Homestead, but the best don’t always advance. Larson had a valve spring go south early in yesterdays race, leaving his title hopes in the hands of other drivers. Unfortunately, the rest of the day did not go his way as he was 1 of the 4 eliminated in the Round of 12.
